During the last week the observing schedule was replanned to incorporate an observation of TCP J18573095+165339, which was accepted as a Director's Discretionary Time Target of Opportunity on Jul 3. Time from scheduled observations of hetej1900.1-2455 and MRK417 was impacted by the replan and will be rescheduled in a future week. Real-time procedures were executed on Jul 7 to perform a routine self-check of the Electrical Interface Assembly (EIA) Sequencer and to perform a diagnostic dump of the Control Processing Electronics (CPE). A Chandra image release was issued on Jul 2 describing observations a galaxy cluster acting like a passenger on what astronomers are calling an "intergalactic highway." The cluster is known as the "Northern Clump" and it is located about 690 million light years from Earth. Previously, scientists discovered an enormous filament, a thin strip of very hot gas that stretched for at least 50 million light years. A new study found evidence that the Northern Clump is traveling along this filament, similar to how a car moves along the interstate.
