Q&A: Supernova Remnants and Neutron Stars

Q:
Do you think that our galaxy has supernova remnants like the Crab Nebula in places that Chandra is incapable of seeing?

A:
Yes, there may be another supernova remnant such as the Crab Nebula (which is in our galaxy, by the way) on the other side of our galaxy, so Chandra can't see them through all the dust and gas.
