Operations CXO Status Report

Monday 18 October 1999 11.00am EST

During the last 24 hours Chandra completed an observation of the GTO target CL 0107+31 with ACIS-I. During the next 24 hours the target NGC 1399 will be observed with ACIS-I, radiation belt passage and associated CTI measurements will occur, and observations will continue of Abell 2218 and RX-J1720.1+2638 with ACIS-I. The mission schedule was re-built with the appropriate ACIS parameter blocks to ensure proper FEP/CCD combinations, and will be reviewed today.

The spacecraft systems continued to operate nominally.
