Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 2 November 2007 8.30am EDT

During the last week the observing schedule was replanned to include a series of observations of Comet Holmes with ACIS-S. The source was accepted as a fast turn-around Target Of Opportunity (TOO) on Oct 26 and loads were replanned and uplinked on Oct 31. Observations of IGR J18256-1035 and SST24 J143447.70+330 were impacted by the TOO and will be observed as part of a future schedule.

The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below and includes an observation of M31 coordinated with XMM-Newton.
