Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 16 June 2006 11.00am EDT

During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

Power to the OCC was disrupted for 15.5 hours on 13 Jun due to planned construction activity in the building. Power to all operational required operations equipment was provided by the emergency gas generator for the outage and there was no impact to operations.

Preparations are complete for the Cycle 8 Peer Review to be held in Boston next week.

The schedule of targets for next week is shown below and includes an observation of GX340+0 coordinated with the VLA and RXTE.
