During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned. Chandra passed through the 12th, 13th, and 14th (and final) eclipses of the season on May 13, May 15, and May 18 respectively, with nominal power and thermal performance. Real-time procedures were executed on May 18 to disable SCS-29 and to dump and clear the EPS glitch counters as post-eclipse season actions. An additional real-time procedure was executed on May 19 to power on the HRC A-side electronics to collect diagnostic information. The procedure ran nominally; in particular, all power supplies reached their expected operating voltages. The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below and includes an observation of HD 93129A coordinated with NuSTAR, observations of ESO 243-49 HLX-1 coordinated with HST, and an observation of SDSS J140701.59+190417.9 coordinated with Hobby-Eberly. |
