During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned. A real-time procedure was executed on Jan 15 to command ACIS to dump the flight software from EEPROM. The dump was compared to images maintained on the ground as a routine check. Another real-time procedure was executed on Jan 17 to patch the CPE flight software in order to correct the gyro status data. The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below and includes an observation of Eta Carinae coordinated with HST, and an observation of 4FGL J0336.0+7502 which was accepted as a Director's Discretionary Time Target of Opportunity on Dec 18. |
